Fresh Flower Return And Refund Policy

Fresh flowers are custom-prepared, so standard returns are not available. If there is an issue with quality or delivery, contact us quickly and we’ll review it personally.

Because floral arrangements are fresh, perishable, and prepared for a specific delivery date and recipient, Velvet Rose does not accept standard product returns or exchanges.

If there is a problem with your order, please contact the store as soon as possible so the team can review the issue directly and discuss the best available resolution.

How To Report An Order Issue

Please contact Velvet Rose as soon as you notice a quality, delivery, recipient, or timing concern. Share the order name, delivery date, best phone number, and a clear description of what happened. If the concern is about flower condition, a photo can help the florist review the arrangement more accurately.

Because fresh flowers are affected by temperature, handling, water level, and placement after delivery, quick communication is important. The team will review the situation personally and respond with the most reasonable next step based on the order details and what can be verified.

Delivery And Recipient Details

Customers are responsible for entering accurate recipient information, including the full address, phone number, apartment or suite number, gate code, hotel guest name, hospital room details, funeral service time, or office receiving instructions when those details apply.

If a delivery issue is caused by missing or incorrect recipient information, Velvet Rose will still try to help, but additional delivery attempts or timing changes may depend on driver availability and checkout-confirmed fees. Final totals, including applicable fees and taxes, are shown before payment.

Same-Day Orders

Same-day delivery cutoff: 3:30 PM CT. Same-day orders are prepared with the best available fresh flowers and current shop availability. If an urgent order needs a specific time, exact flower variety, or special venue instruction, please call before checkout so the florist can confirm what is realistic.
